Thank you for your purchase. I strive to provide high-quality products and want you to be completely satisfied. However, I have a strict "No Returns or Exchanges" policy.

Scope: This policy applies to all purchases made from this website - Martin Donald Smith Landscape Photography - unless otherwise specified. 

Exceptions:

• Defective or Damaged Items:

  If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact me within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence. I will assess the situation and determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit (if applicable):

• If I do offer exchanges or store credit for specific situations, I will clearly outline the conditions for eligibility, such as:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The request must be made within 14 days of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required. 

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where I have made an error in shipping, or sent a defective product.
